How do I download and install Atomic Pongling on my computer?

You can download the most recent copy of Atomic Pongling from here. Choose the file you need based on your operating system and download it to your hard drive.

I reinstalled my operating system...got a new computer...got a new hard drive. Do I have to buy the game again?

Short answer, No. What you will have to do is reinstall the game using the most current version, which you can download for free from this site, and use your original game key that was e-mailed to you. If you do not have the original game key you can contact us via our technical support email. Give every piece of relevant information you can, (i.e. the purchaser's name, e-mail address, approximate date of purchase, etc. DO NOT SEND CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!)We will search our records and reissue your original e-mail to the purchaser's e-mail address. The e-mail will be an exact copy of the original. YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED a second time.

How do I buy the game?

Easy enough. Just press the BUY NOW button from the main menu inside the game. It will take you to the Playtonium.com Game shop, where you can purchase a game key for Atomic Pongling. Or head over to the Game shop now.

How do I unlock the game?

From the main menu screen in Atomic Pongling press the Buy Now button. (In the upper left corner.) If you haven't already bought a game key, order one now.

To unlock, enter the same e-mail address the you used when purchasing the game key. Next enter the game key EXACTLY as it is written in you order confirmation e-mail and press unlock.

I ordered a key, but have not received it via e-mail.

Normally your key is e-mailed directly to you within minutes of your order. Sometimes, due to the volume of orders we receive, you may experience a delay receiving your key. If you do not receive your key within one (1) hour, please check to see if the e-mail was blocked by a spam filter that either you or your ISP is running. If the problem is not with a spam filter, e-mail our technical support staff and we will respond to you as soon as possible. When e-mailing the technical support staff include every piece of relevant information you can, (i.e.. the purchaser's name, e-mail address, approximate date of purchase, etc. DO NOT SEND CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!) The game key doesn't seem to work.

Confirm that you are entering the exact e-mail address that you used in purchasing the unlock key. Copy the unlock key directly from the e-mail you received. (Highlight it and press Crtl+C on Windows or Command+C on Mac OS.) Paste the game key directly into the field provided. (Ctrl+V on Windows or Command+V on Mac OS.) If that doesn't work, e-mail our technical support staff and we will respond to you as soon as possible.
